Warranty

Our products come with a one year limited warranty to the original user of the CasaTunes product against defects in material and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required.

The warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling or installation. Within the first 30 days CasaTunes will replace the product with a new item. After the first 30 days, and upon return of a defective product to CasaTunes, CasaTunes will repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished product, at CasaTunes' discretion.  Cost of shipping is to be paid by the customer.

CasaTunes is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.

If you encounter a defect, contact CasaTunes customer service at 1.888.855.2272 ext 2 or e-mail us at Support@CasaTunes.com to receive an RMA. You must obtain an RMA number before shipping the product back to CasaTunes.
